Best Leader/Worst Leader

To improve your own leadership skills, it is important to step back and reflect on the methods used by others. This can be a good exercise to help refine your own methods and values. Listed below are some of some of the key observations I have made.

Worst Leader

1. Inability to communicate, connect and understand group

2. Putting others down (groups, customers, etc.)

3. Always wanting to be the best and smartest/not allowing others to input

Best Leader

1. Always projecting a positive attitude (even in tough times)

2. Having an understanding of morale and the ability to boost it

3. Having clear, well defined goals for themselves and the group
